Overview

Magnificent house with private swimming pool and games room

Situated directly on the bay of Morecambe, overlooking the Irish Sea, this epic and slightly quirky house sleeps up sixteen guests. Boasting a games room, a full size indoor heated pool*, sauna, massage spa, gym and a private outdoor Jacuzzi, this is an immense place to have your last night of freedom.

There are five bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and three bathrooms. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a lounge area with several sofas.

This awesome house has lots of quirky touches such as a chess board on the ceiling in the games room (a bit like that bit in Queen’s Gambit) and a slide to get out of bed in one of the rooms (get ready for your childhood dreams to come true).

*Swimming pool, sauna, massage spa and gym shared with other properties but you will get an allocated time exclusively for your group

Middleton Towers is found on Morecambe Bay, overlooking the Irish Sea, just over 5 miles out of Morecambe. In Morecambe you'll find a big Sainsbury's, perfect for grabbing supplies, a several bars to visit. There's also the nearby village of Overton that has a few cracking pubs to hit up.

Security Bond

Per group bond – card only - £500.00

A group security bond of £500.00 will be requested upon check-in. This will be refunded upon departure provided there is no damage to property and all house rules have been adhered to.

Payment can be made by pre-authorisation on a card. Please be aware pre-authorisations will take 3-5 working days to be credited back to your account.

Please Note: LNOF do not hold any influence over security bonds and the decision to charge this and the amount requested is completely at the discretion of the accommodation provider.

Deposit

A 50% per group non refundable deposit is required to book this accommodation.

Checking In

Flexible check in, Check out by 10:00. Keys will be in a lock box the code for which will be provided once the security deposit has been paid

2 Night Minimum Stay - Check In/Out is not permitted on a Saturday

Property Restrictions

  • The interior of the Property must be left clean and in good repair and condition.
  • Clean and keep free from blockages and obstructions all baths, sinks, lavatories, cisterns, drains, gutters, pipes, chimneys, and the like
  • Do not dispose of “wet wipes”, disposable nappies or other items of personal hygiene down the lavatory.
  • Keep clean the carpets, curtains and all other items in the inventory.
  • Keep clean the insides of all windows and replace any which break for any reason.
  • Pay for any necessary repairs or replacement goods damaged during the letting period.
  • Use the Property only as a holiday home for no more people than the maximum occupancy stated above and will not operate a business at the property or use it for any improper, immoral, or illegal purpose.
  • Not assign, sublet, charge or part with or share possession or occupation of all or part of the Property.
  • Do not cause nuisance or annoyance to the Owner, other occupants, or any neighbour.
  • Do not change or remove any of the Owner's furniture, fixtures and fittings or items on the inventory.
  • Do not change or install any locks on any doors or windows nor have additional keys made for any locks without the prior written consent of the Owner.
  • Do not keep or allow pets of any kind on the Property without the prior consent of the Owner.
  • Report to the Owner any disrepair or defect in respect of the Property or the fixtures and fittings and report any failure of mechanical or electrical appliances.
  • Allow the Owner, his agent, or contractors access to the Property at reasonable hours during the day, or to carry out urgent and unforeseen repairs or other works to the Property or to carry out maintenance of the appliances. The Owner will normally give at least 24 hours' notice, but the Holidaymaker will give immediate access in an emergency.
  • Whenever the Property is left unattended, the Holidaymaker will fasten all locks to all doors and windows and activate any burglar alarm, to prevent unauthorised access to the Property.

All clients package funds are held in a Client Funds Trust Account (CFTA) administered by an independent trustee to ensure maximum financial protection.
