Found a 15-minute drive from Newcastle’s city centre, this beautifully restored Grade II listed 6-bedroom property can sleep up to 18 guests. This house has everything you need for a special celebration. Head to your private bar, which comes complete with an icemaker, to toast the bride or groom. After this you can take a soak in the hot tub, gather around the firepit found in the courtyard or head to the games room to smash your pals at pool and darts (or watch the Smart TV).
You have a fabulous living room, which is spacious, has plenty of seating and a warming gas fire inside a quaint fireplace. Your fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, wine cooler and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you may require. There’s also a large dining area with seating for up to 18 guests, so no one is left out.
There are 6 bedrooms in total that offer a mix of doubles, singles and a bunkbed. There are 5 bathrooms comprising of 3 ensuites and 2 large family bathrooms, 1 of which has a free standing bath and a double sink with vanity mirrors.

The Farmhouse is in the same location as The Stables which sleeps 26. Both properties can be booked together (depending on availability) meaning the retreat can take up to 44 guests in total.
