Stunning converted stables with hot tub sleeping 26

The Stables is a gorgeous, converted stables with 8 ensuite bedrooms that’s found a 15-minute drive from Newcastle city centre. Sleeping up to 26 guests. The highlights of this property include getting to soak in your exclusive hot tub, as well as getting to chill out on the lovely wraparound patio with seating. This place boasts a private retreat feel.

The spacious and stylish living area has lots of sofas, a large wall-mounted Smart TV and plenty of natural light. The northern end of the living area features a modern kitchen, which has an island and bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, wine cooler and cookware. There’s a large dining table seating 20 diners. The southern windows provide stunning views across Team Valley.

You can step out of the bi-fold doors to the lovely patio area, which is where you can find the hot tub and outdoor seating. This is the perfect space for enjoying some drinks before heading to the toon.

There are 8 bedrooms in total. The first 5 of these are spacious mezzanine rooms. They boast three single beds on the upper level and a cosy seating area with bathroom below. The last 3 bedrooms are ground-floor doubles, each with a private ensuite. There’s an ensuite per room as well as a shower room with a toilet that’s found in the main living space.

The property features private parking and free wi-fi. There are other handy amenities such as towels, hairdryers and toiletries. If your group are looking for a stylish retreat, this would be a fab choice.

The Stables is found on the same estate as The Farmhouse. These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 44 guests.

The Stables is found in a rural area just a 15 minute drive from Newcastle's city centre. This makes it easy to hop in a taxi and be at key party areas such as Bigg Market or the Quayside in no time. There is a Sainsbury's just a 3 minute drive from here, which is ideal for stocking up on supplies.
