Cute and welcoming house 10 mins from city centre sleeps 8

This super cute and welcoming Victorian terrace house sleeps up to eight guests. The house can be found in a quiet residential area (perfect for getting a good kip after a big night out) but is only just a 10-minute walk to the Roman City walls of York and the city centre.

Milton House has three bedrooms (that have four beds), two bathrooms, a large dining room, outdoor courtyard, and a fully equipped modern kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, electric hob, breakfast bar, and a selection of crockery and cutlery). The cosy living room has a variety of comfortable sofas and a flatscreen TV, making it a perfect place to relax and pre-drink.

The house with comes with plenty of handy amenities. Stay connected with the free wi-fi, benefit from free on-street parking and don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your hairdryer because you’ll find one at the house. This quaint house makes a comfortable yet stylish home from home for your trip to York.

Milton House is found in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 10-minute walk from the city walls. It’s just under a mile from The Shambles, where you will find bars, cool shops and restaurants. Just up the road you’ve got a couple of bars, The Rose & Crown and The Rook & Gaskill, that are on the way to York’s city centre. There’s a handy M & S Simply Food just a 2 minutes’ walk away, perfect for grabbing some supplies.

A group security bond of £200.00 will be requested 1-2 weeks before your weekend. You will be required to pay this before details of the check-in are provided. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided there is no damage to property and all house rules have been adhered to.

Please Note: LNOF do not hold any influence over security bonds and the decision to charge this and the amount requested is completely at the discretion of the accommodation provider.
