Our wealth of experience in sourcing stag-friendly accommodation in Bratislava means we can get the best rates in the most suitable hotels for your group. We work with everything from hostels, to 5-star hotels, all tried and tested by ourselves and most importantly all within walking distance of the city centre bars and restaurants. Don’t make the mistake of booking a hotel online, only to find out upon arrival that they don’t accept groups of guys (it happens more than you’d think) or that the rooms are nothing like those shown online.
Starting with the pick of the bunch, the 5-star Sheraton Bratislava Hotel is located just a five minute walk from the city centre on Pribinova Street and boasts massive rooms, exceptional service, a heated swimming pool and spa as well as a restaurant and bar. Not the obvious choice for most stag groups, admittedly, but if you’re looking for somewhere a bit special then this is the perfect choice for you. The Austria Trend hotel fits into the 4-star bracket, still luxurious but also a bit easier on the budget, which is always something to think about when you have to cater for everybody in the group. The clue is definitely in the title with this one and if a hotel can be "on trend" then it’s this one.
Get your heads down for a good kip between all of those Eastern European shotsOur 3-star options are usually the most popular among our groups, clean and safe in a central location and with prices all of the guys will be happy with. If you want something quirky then the Botel is certainly that, docked in the Danube you get fantastic views of Bratislava castle from the deck. Each room has a private bathroom, flat screen TV and minibar. If you want something a little more traditional then the Ibis Centrum is perfectly located at the entrance to the old town and has been recently refurbished throughout. Both of our 3-star options have restaurants serving a top notch breakfast.
If it’s just a place to get your head down that you’re looking for, then we have Old City Hotel, as the name suggests is located right in the centre of the Old Town, as central as it gets. Hotel Turist is a little further out than our other options, but is cheaper because of that so if budget is an issue then this may be one to consider.
Why not go for an apartment and rustle up a storm in your kitchenette? Finally, Hostel Blues is located on the edge of the old town, there are different room options from dorms to private rooms and the atmosphere here is relaxed and fun, as always we only use accommodation which is clean and secure so our hostel option is actually a very good shout for groups who aren’t fussy about private rooms. Strangely our Bratislava hostels don’t seem popular with fans of horror films though, no idea why.
In a word…no. with the exception of the Hotel Turist all of our accommodation options are located within a few minutes’ walk of the Old Town; from there you can get to all of the bars and restaurants you could possibly need to. If you aren’t sure where you want to be located then it’s best to give our team a call.
Bratislava is a small, compact city, this is very much part of its charm but it also means hotels can get booked up well in advance if there is an event on. Having said this, most of the larger events, such as the Bratislava Music Festival and the Christmas markets happen in the winter months, so they don’t tend to clash with the majority of stags. We generally have no trouble getting groups of any size into any of our preferred hotels but it’s always best to contact us as early as possible to make sure we can get you the best options and prices.
Yes, we are an CFTA bonded travel agency which means that we have to adhere to a stringent set of rules on how we run things; including making sure that any money we take from you is protected in case anything goes wrong. You are also protected by CFTA should we fail to provide the service which we’ve sold you, in short, you’re in good hands.
