It should come as no surprise that the majority of the hotels and apartments in Brighton are clustered along its long, straight coastline. And why not? Bag yourselves a room with a view for your Brighton stag do – we have a wide range of choices to suit any budget or preference.
With its fresh, contemporary décor, its unbeatable location opposite Brighton Pier and its on-site FunkyFish Bar with terrace and sea views, the New Madeira Hotel offers 4-star luxury alongside a fantastic location, just a few minutes’ walk from fashionable Kemptown, with its independent stores, cafes and bars. It even offers rooms that sleep up to 10 for that dorm room experience but without compromising on comfort. It’s one of our previous customer favourites and it’s easy to see why.
Sleep off those hangovers in styleFor a boutique hotel that won’t break the bank, a little further along the coast is the New Steine Hotel, which will impress your Dad with its French bistro and luxurious furnishings, but won’t price you out of the market. It’s popular with our previous customers too.
If this all sounds a bit fancy for you and your mates, and you’d rather save your hard-earned cash to spend on beer, we have plenty of places on offer where you don’t have to sacrifice comfort but will have a few extra quid to spend on what matters (booze, obvs). Showcasing the best of Brighton with its location a few hundred yards from the beach, St Margaret’s Place Townhouse is arguably one of our best accommodation options if your party includes up to 12 lads. Offering four bright bedrooms, comfortable living space and a kitchen area, this contemporary, clean and high spec apartment is a bargain for groups looking for a little more independence.
Oh I do like to be beside the seasideModern and homely, the popular Westbourne Hotel offers the convenience of a hostel with prices to match but is comfortable and stylish and is placed in cool Kemptown to boot, so there are plenty of pubs and bars on your doorstep. Want comfort and value you can rely on? Travelodge is always a winner on both counts, and happens to be located not only right by the seafront, but is also directly opposite some top chain bars – winner winner chicken dinner. Not close enough to the seafront for your liking? How about smack bang opposite the beach? Jury’s Inn is another of our customer favourites and with reasonably priced accommodation combined with that brooding British coastline right outside the window, who are we to argue.
Brighton and Hove are twin towns united in one amazing city, and unsurprisingly the focus of attention is the seafront. Our accommodation options stretch from Hove at one end to Kemptown at the other, and it’s a brisk half an hour walk from one to the other, so you might find that depending on where the night takes you, a quick cab ride home at the end of the evening might be preferred. That being said, there are few nightlife spots with such a pleasant stagger home, and some sea air might do you the world of good after a night on the booze.
Brighton is a lively tourist destination all year round so it’s advisable to book early regardless of when your stag do will take place. We have guaranteed availability in all of our hotels and apartments, but there are a number of weekends throughout the year when the local hotels will be extra busy. Brighton has a thriving LGBTQ community and the place comes to life on Pride Weekend, and the Brighton Marathon brings thousands of runners and their families to the area – both of these may be ones to avoid. For your peace of mind, check with your LNOF sales rep to make sure there are no major clashes with your big weekend as we’d hate for you to miss out.
When you travel with us, you can rest assured you are protected against any unforeseen changes to your accommodation. LNOF are a fully accredited travel company and are ABTA protected (Y6354), so you will not lose out if anything were to happen regarding your booking. Your money is safe and you are legally protected in the case of any changes.
