We provide a range of hotels, apartments and hostels. Don’t be fooled by the single figure; quality over quantity. Only the best for our stags. Snag a deal with a stay at Ocean Surf Lodge. This quirky B&B budget hotel offers a prime location; it’s nestled in the city centre and 700m away from Fistral Beach, meaning you’ll be fully amidst the carefree lifestyle of Newquay. Recommended by stags, this hotel does not disappoint. From bespoke packages for group bookings to complimentary WiFi and a 4.5 Trip Advisor rating, there is also a surf-inspired bar, Bear Bar, situated within the complex. That’s right, craft beers are within arm’s reach. And if all that isn’t enough to raise a pint to, we don’t know what is.
Looking to party hard? Bertie’s Surf Lodge is the place for you. This 3-star centrally located hotel provides a range of en suite rooms, a top atmosphere and is within walking distance of two beach favourites and Senor Dick’s Mexican Restaurant. Oh, and not to mention that when you stay here you get half-price entry to Cornwall’s biggest nightclub, Bertie’s. Forget spending ten minutes hailing a taxi; after a night downing an endless amount of Jager bombs you can stumble straight upstairs to your room. It’s not what you know, it’s where you stay.
Get cosy by the sea in NewquayAnother three-star option of ours, which has received raving reviews from stag dos, is The Godolphin Arms. Fuel up on their banging breakfast in the morning, as you prepare to take the surfer’s town by storm. Ideally located, you can walk to Lusty Glaze Beach in eight minutes and Pirate’s Quest Newquay is nearby. Whether you’re road-tripping it or flying, a stay here is worth the trek.
Fancy dress approved hostels. What's not to love? The hotels, apartments and hostels listed on our site are all ideally located within the city, meaning you can easily travel to local attractions and take part in top-rated activities. However, Ocean Surf Lodge and The Godolphin Arms are situated slightly out of the centre. If you’re staying at Ocean Surf Lodge, there’s a bus stop down the road on Crantock Street. For those of you staying at The Godolphin Arms, you can catch a bus right outside your accommodation on Henver Road.
If you book up early enough, we can normally get availability without any problems at all. However, there are certain weekends when availability is limited. For example, Newquay is very busy during UK Bank Holidays and when the annual Boardmasters Festival takes place. Dates vary year on year, but it usually falls mid-August. Thus, we recommend booking your stag do outside these dates to ensure as little disruption as possible. When arranging your stag do weekend with us, a member of our Last Night sales team will let you know if there are any events that clash with your stay. After all, it’s our job to make sure the stag has the best night of his life.
Yes. Last Night Ltd are CFTA protected, which means you are legally protected when booking your stag do weekend with us. To learn more about CFTA and how it affects your stag do in Newquay, see here.
