LNOF Guide to Bournemouth
Bournemouth is a stag's idea of heaven.
With its enclosed, south-facing bay, long stretch of golden beaches and permanently sunny disposition - Bournemouth is a corker for stags that want everything in their weekend; the weather, the women and the wickedness. After a £60 million development, the town is now pushing Brighton and Newquay for the coveted title of best south coast destination for stag weekends.

You've never lived until you've ziplined off Bournemouth Pier with a hangover.

A Bournemouth stag weekend delivers great architecture, bouncing bars and lively stretches of beach which surround busy, colourful street life - teaming with humour, expression and noise. If you want a stag weekend location in which to hit the sand, feel the heat and go for it big time as the sun goes down - then a stag weekend in Bournemouth is surely on the cards. The town makes great use of its strengths - the effortlessly cool bars a reflection of, not only the diverse types of visitor it enjoys, but the habits of its laid-back locals too.
There are several traffic-free sections to the town - including the promenade - whilst much of the development work only highlights what we’ve always suspected: this is where sun-hungry party people come to chill out and celebrate in style. There are even palm trees for crying out loud.
