LNOF Guide to Valencia

Valencia is the perfect blend of vibrant city meets golden sands.

Boasting the endless sandy beaches of Malaga and the pulsating nightlife of Madrid, this city is a splendidly original choice if you’ve half a mind on basing the festivities overseas. There are heaps of cultural opportunities, magnificent architecture, and hundreds of vibrant bars, clubs and restaurants – though, even if you just recuperate during daylight hours and steady yourself for each evening’s escapades, Valencia stag weekends are certain to deliver big time.

Home to paella and the Holy Grail, Valencia is blessed with outstanding weather, a proud and successful La Liga football team, exuberant nightlife, a vibrant, friendly and mildly chaotic populace. The nudist beach means there's no need to panic if the lads throw your speedos in the Med, whilst the flat, cycle-friendly terrain means you can easily get from Cathedral Square to the 2007 America's Cup port.

Valencia is a great blend of European city break meets beach break. The strippers aren't too bad either.

Valencia is one of the wildest evening locations you could pick in Spain, with its long opening hours, Flamenco and Salsa leanings, irresistible cuisine and welcome appreciation for low-cost drinks offers. In fact, there are so many reasonably-priced drinking establishments (especially compared to Barcelona) dotted around this brilliant and fascinating location that is perfect for stag weekends, you'd be forgiven for thinking "what's the catch?". Well, the catch - if you can stomach it - is having to mingle with the endless conveyor belt of perfectly-formed females in a series of scintillating clubs, or chat with other deliriously inebriated weekenders in and around the popular Eurozone area. That’s right – it really is every bit as horrible as it sounds.

Balmy Valencian summers mean clubs spilling out onto the beachfront as the party gets cranked up, a cheery communal atmosphere of carefree weekenders letting their celebrations blur into one big sun-baked, beer-soaked do. Your hosts are relentlessly up for it when it comes to welcoming its sea of visitors or burning the midnight oil, whilst the improved flight connections make the logistics of a stag weekend in Valencia easier than you may previously have thought. If you’re contemplating holding a stag do in Spain… think Valencia.

"Incredible city full of beautiful brilliant people. The perfect place to enjoy some serious beer time with friends and in our case The Stag. We only had three nights but managed to mix the city, beach, night and day with a tonne of activities. Its a must visit Stag destination!"

"The weekend was superb, the meals each night were excellent (Great value for money), the staff were brilliant and stag friendly, the cycle tour was hilarious (21 of us dressed as Zombies and the stag as Michael jackson - Thriller song theme). The stag fiesta was also perfect, it was enough to cause him awkward discomfort and an adequate amount of embarassment, but not too extreme that it made the stag feel awkward or cause him problems in front of the future brother in law! The Valencia apartments were a really suitable location and met everyone's expectations. I know i'd use yourselves again and recommend you to others in the future."

"Valencia is a great location. Everything worked according to plan and the local rep (Anna) was a fantastic guide and very organised. Good bars, nice (huge) beach and a major selling point is that the city still has a local feel, unlike some European locations which have become synonymous with stag parties."

"Valencia was a great venue. Great beach, plenty of drinking options and awesome clubs.

Boat trip was excellent; Tapas tour was disappointing. Three restaurants al next to each other, with food and drink slow in coming."

"We were really surprised at how nice the accomadation was for the money. We had a restaurant booked by our tour guide Anna,And it was really nice. The weekend really surpassed our expectations. It is really worth booking a stag weekend through this company and I wouldn't organise another stag do without them. 10/10!!"
