We know that the constantly changing COVID rules can cause some confusion so we’ve put together a list of covid-related frequently asked questions for our customers to help bring some clarity.

toggleWhat requirements do I need before I travel? 

We always recommend checking the FCDO advice of the country you’re travelling from/to for updated on entry documentation, vaccination requirements etc. https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice - if you have any questions please feel free to drop your event planner a message through your MyLNOF account and we will be happy to help.

toggleI have to self isolate over my weekend dates, where do I go from here? 

Firstly, we’re really sorry you’re going to miss out on the event! As you’ll be unable to attend within our cancellation dates, you’ll have two options – we can either offer you a name change* or we can send you documentation through your MyLNOF account to make a claim through your travel insurer.

toggleI have an event coming up in the next 6 weeks and I’m worried it won’t go ahead due to COVID restrictions? 

We understand you may have concerns about your upcoming booking. We’ve been working hard since March 2020 to help groups affected and as per our COVID promise you will be offered 4 options should your booking be directly impacted by restrictions**. We will inform you as soon as we possibly can if your booking cannot go ahead and your dedicated event planner will be on hand to help you along the way.

toggleI have an event coming up in over 6 weeks and I’m worried it won’t go ahead due to COVID restrictions? 

It is hard for us to predict what’s going to happen in the coming months and weeks, this is an ever changing situation and as soon as we know of any changes to your booking we will let you know. If you would prefer to switch location or postpone your dates, please let us know before your balance due date (ideally the sooner the better) and we can look to amend your booking to a similar value of your current booking.

toggleMembers of my group are worried about travelling, what do we do? 

We understand you may have group members who feel nervous at the thought of travelling or mixing with others, we are very flexible and can make changes to group members individual packages up until 6 weeks before travel if there are certain elements of the booking they don’t feel comfortable taking part in. All of our suppliers are working within current Government guidelines and will be following all rules on social distancing etc.

toggleThe transport to my destination has been cancelled, what do I do? 

If your transport is cancelled more than 6 weeks before travel, please let your event planner know as soon as possible and we will look to amend your booking where necessary. Whilst we do not provide transport to your destination, we can always help you look for flights, trains etc which would work for your group. If LNOF can run your booking as planned, you will be subject to our usual terms.


*Subject to terms with our suppliers. Name changes MUST be requested in writing, please contact your Event Planner through your MyLNOF.
**The significant majority of your booking would need to be cancelled to be offered these options, we are unable to change your booking if a small proportion of your package if effected.
