Pheasant Rise sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, making it a great option for smaller groups heading to York. There are two bedrooms upstairs, including a king-size room and a twin room with two single beds, while the ground floor has another king-size bedroom and twin room. Both first-floor bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms with walk-in showers.
The ground floor features a spacious kitchen-dining area with a long dining table, plus a separate lounge with a cosy log burner and a flatscreen TV. There’s also an additional shower room and separate WC on this floor. Patio doors from the hallway lead out to the sheltered hot tub, which is exclusively for guests of Pheasant Rise, as well as the shared garden area.
Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi and ample free parking, with patio doors providing easy access to the outdoor space. The cottage comes well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, colour TV, DAB radio with integrated Bluetooth speaker, iron and ironing board.
Just a 14-minute drive from York city centre, Pheasant Rise gives you a comfortable base within easy reach of the city, while the hot tub, garden and spacious living areas provide plenty of room to relax when you're back at the accommodation.
